John Zorn will be conducting a special HIP HOP version of his game-piece Cobra with Cibo Matto members Yuka Honda, Miho Hatori, Timo Ellis, Sean Lennon and Duma Love, plus Sebastian Steinberg of Soul Coughing and very special rap & dj guests, all conducted by John Zorn. Other festivities: dj by Miho, films by Yoko Ono.

40.THE COMMON PEOPLE-of the people’Ķ(Ascension 022) An enchanting, floating gem from a 1968 major label lp with haunting vocals, dreamy strings by David Axelrod and crazed swirling psych as well! Only 30 minutes, but still worthy! $15.
