1.TISZIJI MUNOZ-Auspicious Healing! (Anami Music 18) Featuring Tisziji & Henry Kaiser on guitars(!), Marilyn Crispell on piano, Mark Dresser on bass and Lukas Ligeti (son of) on drums!! Incredible summit meeting of five strong and powerful spirits engaging for the first time! Marilyn is devastating, as are Tisziji and Henry!! Only $10.!

2.ANDREW CYRILLE-MARK DRESSER-MARTY EHRLICH-C.D.E. (Pao 10480) Outstanding all-star trio effort with no US distrubution! $14.

3.ROBERT FRIPP & JEFF FRAYMAN-Temple in the Clouds (Projekt 104) Cosmic ambient duo from King of the Crimsons and film director. Manny will review. $14.

5.GUNTER MULLER/LE QUAN NINH-La Voyelle Liquide (Erstwhile 010) Two extra-ordinary improvising percussionists who have been working with electronics in recent years combine their inventive palettes in an infinite variety of sonic salad. $13.

6.THOMAS LEHN/MARKUS SCHMICKLER-Bart (Ertswhile 012) Thomas plays analog synth with Konk Pack & Gerry Hemingway and Markus plays digital synth & computer, records as Wabi Sabi & Pluramon and is also a member of MIMEO. This is perhaps the most challenging of all Erstwhile offerings and that says enough!! $13.

9.PETER EOTVOS-Chinese Opera, Shadows & Steine (Kairos 1208) Brilliant Transylvanian composer who has worked with Stockhausen and whose own music is also highly idiosyncratic, extremely imaginative and evokes visual spirits. $15.

Bruce Hampton and the outstanding double guitar frenzy of Glenn Phillips & Harold Kelling!!!! I witnessed them open for the Mothers at the Fillmore in 1970 and I will never be the same! Second worst selling record on Columbia and out-of-print forever!! Two cd set for only $15.!!!

12.THE EX & TOM CORA-Scrabbling at the Lock & The Weathermen (RecRec/Red Note) Two excellent collaborations with our favorite cellist and this ever-resourceful post-punk unit from Amsterdam!! Two impossible to find cds at a reduced price of $15. each
